May, 1986 to Present	Appraisal Professionals. Owner and independent fee appraiser, specializing in appraisals for trusts and estates; pre-construction appraisal; custom residential property appraisal; employee relocation residential property appraising using the six-page (ERC) appraisal form; and in appraising and reviewing appraisals for single family, PUD, condominium, and one to four unit small income properties. Appraisal experience includes appraisal of over 5,000 homes in the San Francisco Bay; Silicon Valley; Sacramento Metropolitan Area and Central California Areas, up to four million-dollar value homes.
July, 1983 to May, 1986	Contract Fee Appraiser. Appraised single-family residences, PUD units, and multi-family residential units in the South and East San Francisco Bay Areas. Reviewed appraisals by others.
